Established in 1980, the familyowned company specializes in hydraulic products. Rebos Oleodinamica relies on eight Hänel Lean-Lifts® to successfully handle the company’s dynamic growth and manage its extensive product range. Three of these lifts are equipped with two removal points on opposite sides, connecting the production and the warehouse. To further optimize the processes, the company is currently planning automation using robots and cobots.

The leading international supplier of industrial automation components has been in business since 1933. Catellani optimizes its material management using three Hänel Rotomat® storage systems. These significantly increase the company’s storage capacity and also sustainably improve the quality of the company’s customer service. The intelligent connection of the Hänel lifts to the Zucchetti ERP system ensures that the articles are organized efficiently in the automatic carousel. Using barcode scanners and the digital compartment display enable precise and efficient order processing.
Alberici
Founded in 1946, Alberici is a pioneer in the field of vending machine payment systems. The company decided to equip its new premises with four Hänel MultiSpace® storage systems to create more storage space and improve material management. Multiple access points to the 10.5 m high lifts enable material flow on different levels. Digital shelf displays and RFID readers optimize the efficiency of Hänel’s automated vertical storage system. Alberici places a major emphasis on sustainability and has equipped the 3-axis storage lifts with the Hänel EcoDrive® energy recovery system. Hänel’s logistics solution has enabled the company to create additional space while also achieving more efficient storage management and boosting productivity.
Iveco Luigi Bacchi
The Iveco dealership Luigi Bacchi utilizes two Hänel Lean-Lifts® for its spare parts storage. The systems organize and store a broad variety of articles for sale to end customers. One Lean-Lift® with a high-speed configuration was also integrated into the workshop, considerably reducing repair times.
